Aluminum Injection Packer

High pressure injection packer is the use of loop pressure fastening principle. The head is provided with a one-way valve, can prevent the slurry at high pressure into the pour spout.

Instruction:

1. Identify the crack.

2. Drill the holes 5 to 10 cm away from the crack at 45 toward the crack.

3. Clean the hole properly.

4. Insert the packer.

5. Fix and tight the packer.

6. Connect the pump to the packer and start injecting.

7. After injection material is totally dry remove the packer.

Scope of Application:

Subway, tunnels, culverts, sewage treatment pond, basements, underground garage, underground passage, roof concrete slab cracks, wall pipe, wall, the water leakage cracks in concrete, concrete structure, beam, column, slab cracks etc with high pressure grouting injecting epoxy resin.
